Meet Our Expert DIRTT Team
Building better starts with people. Our DIRTT team will work alongside yours to create a personalized, smart space. We’re your local DIRTT experts and your partner every step of the way. We act as peer collaborators for your team of design professionals, general contractors and other sub-trades. We’re your design assist consultant through preconstruction. We then transition to a subcontractor as the design is manufactured and installed. And of course, this team is at the ready should you need changes after move-in.
Our mission is to help everyone involved in your project benefit from the many cost, schedule and performance benefits of DIRTT construction. That’s why it’s called Doing It Right This Time. On top of it all, it will be a surprisingly enjoyable 21st century experience!
Our Leader of the Pack is unlike any other you’ll meet. Keith carries the distinct mindset that a company is only as good as its people. He firmly believes that creating the best environments for others begins with creating our own positive culture first. He’ll tell you himself- if a brand doesn’t first live on the inside, it can’t thrive on the outside. OC’s vibrant team culture is grounded in hard work, respect, and honest communication. Although our office furniture may not change lives, he knows that our people sure will.
DIRTT Project Director
Tim loves Lake Cumberland and boating so much, that he once considered buying a boat and naming it “Church”. That way, on Sundays he could tell people he was going to Church. If he wasn’t so busy with winning prestigious “Project Manager of the Year” awards, he would be coaching The Cincinnati Reds. Tim’s skill of leading groups and love of sunflower seeds (he always has a stash in his desk drawer) makes us think he’d do quite well for the Redlegs. “Never Give Up” is the quote Tim lives by, and you can see this tenacious mindset show in every project he manages.
Luke is our well-rounded office brew master who loves spending time camping and vacationing at the beach with his family. After studying at DAAP and working 10 years in the commercial design field Luke found his way to OstermanCron joining the Revolution Interior’s team as their DIRTT designer. We are so thankful he joined the RI team, bringing his design talent and knowledge for home brewing with him (always willing to share his brew creation with his fellow cohorts at happy hour)!
As an early riser and go-getter, Diane’s tasks are completed even before our company’s second pot of coffee starts to brew. Although she’s much too modest to admit, her photography skills aren’t too shabby either, as some of her photographs are currently displayed in public areas. During lunch, her guilty pleasure is indulging at the local barbecue joint, a dangerously close distance from the office. If she’s not infusing the breakroom with delicious smells, she’s cheerfully calming all of our technology fears, even if it’s ensuring our Sirius radio is reliably playing 80’s hits
Theo is our jack of all trades, everything from rowing to beer making to architecture he has it mastered! “Don’t take yourself too seriously – nobody else is” is one of Theo’s greatest lessons on how to live your life. With his Swiss army knife always handy, Theo can enjoy his wood working hobby at the drop of a hat (see I told you… jack of all trades)! If Theo would not have taken a trip Calgary and discovered DIRTT he would be a fighter pilot, but we enjoy him as our official DIRTTbag.
The following quote from Dalai Lama “There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live” are Ann’s words to live by. Ann is our passionate DIRTT partner who lives every day to the fullest. Revisiting her bucket list daily, Ann is planning to travel to Vietnam within the next 5 years. If Ann wasn’t our DIRTT partner she would the 20th century Jane Goodall, traveling the world as a veterinarian and primatologist!
